About Jeff Hannan
Hello there, it’s Jeff Hannan here. Wrestling and real estate are my two big passions in life, and they’ve been keeping me fueled and excited for years. I had a solid run coaching wrestling from 1991 to 2012, right up until my oldest son’s graduation. The thrill of the sport and the satisfaction of seeing young athletes grow has been a real highlight.
Tucson has been my home and my heart for a good 44 years now, and I wouldn’t trade it for anything. But here’s the twist – for the past 24 years, I’ve also been diving into the dynamic world of real estate. It’s been a journey that’s taken me from the early days at Concept 100 Realty, hustling alongside my preschool kids, all the way to the helm of my very own brokerage, Hannan Realty. And, of course, my tale wouldn’t be complete without mentioning my latest adventure, which started in 2016 with the most innovative and life-changing brokerage around, eXp Realty. At eXp Realty, I’ve had the pleasure of equity ownership in the company alongside partners that share in my dedication to making home dreams come true for our valued clients.

Humble Beginnings
Back in the wild mid-90s, I had a gig at The Cork that’s become the stuff of legends. I started as a humble dishwasher and, like a determined superhero, climbed my way up the ranks to busboy, cook, and even donned the mantle of a waiter. All this while juggling my secret identity as a University of Arizona student. I enjoy reminiscing about my Cork escapades every time I drive by the establishment with family.
